Ric, Im not sure what specification the o-rings were but the guy at Worst Marine brought me over to their plumbing section (next to the toilets and fresh water pumps) and picked a pack off a peg. The package says little to nothing about their intended use and limitations.
Hes a new guy there (I live a few blocks away and am a frequent flyer) and when I asked "are you sure these are safe for use with fuel and oil? They are going onto a high pressure fuel pump" He reassured me that they would be. I just didnt trust him with something that has
no margin for error...
FWIW, the brown Volvo Penta o-rings that are the actual part were $2. I'd rather be safe, than sorry (visuals of fuel spraying all over the place while Im underway and unsuspecting come to mind)
