So cleaning up the drive before painting and managed to get some pretty nasty mostly brown water from the bottom drain. Just curious what it is vented to.

Also....when reinstalling last year I put some RTV on the mating surface and believe this is where I got some water intrusion into the drive bellows. Should I use nothing or maybe a tiny bit of triple guard grease? Manual is not very clear on the subject.

that is a drian hole for the area below the zinc
