While it may look that way, to fix your problem you may not have to remove anything. You may need to trace the hydraulic lines back there and see where the leak is. On mine it was just a matter of tightening the nuts that hold the lines into the actuator. Also look at the PS pump itself, its a simple GM pump, look under the pulley to see if the pump seal is leaking, look where the lines come out of the pump. Lastly look where the lines go into the PS cooler, another place it could be leaking. You need a mirror and a really bright LED flashlight.
