Here's ours, a 99 298 we bought late last summer. This will be our first full season on her. What a huge improvement from our old 92 SeaRay Sundancer 270 in size and equipment and looks!

Kut'N Loose 1999 258 Vista My second one. First was a early '94. Have since added an extended swim platform.

Nice boats billcruise and nj5n. BillCruise I have been looking at a 2006 328. How is the ride. Do you get a lot of spray on windy choppy days.
Also does anyone have the new 318. If so how is the ride on that
Thanks

mickbe, we are lake boaters (Norris Lake, TN) so we don't generally get windy choppy days like you might see on the ocean or even ICW. The worst we get is some
thuderstorms with some high wind. That being said, I have plowed through some decent sized wakes and I suspect that the boat would do very well under
those conditions. The ride is absolutely fantastic! If you want to knock it down, you cruise at 18-22 mph, trim the drives under and deploy the tabs. It reallys
cuts it down. Under 95% of all situations, that's not necessary. Overall I think the boat is great, nice mix of space, ride comfort, and speed.

ifourwinns, I just put the jet ski on the back using a davit (of course :D ). I just completed the installation a month ago and will post pictures later.
The davit is completely collapsible, SS, and hand operated (slick). I've owned stand up jet ski's for 20 years and won't give them up so I had to come up with
a way to bring it with me.

The 328 is a beautiful boat. Yours is gorgeous BC. Someday when we upgrade, the 328 is what we would like. Just have to wait a few more years when the prices on a used one come down a little bit.

What about the weight of the jetski? Is the platform really designed for that much weight?

jv,

Don't know what the rating is on the platform but it's very solid. Half the platform overlaps the hull and through bolts and the cantilevered portion has 3 struts connection
it to the hull. The jet ski weighs ~300#'s so it's not as heavy as your usual 2 or 3 seat sit down. Last trip we actually had 2 jet ski's on the back and towed both a
Sea Doo and Yamaha sit down. The boat had to work only a tiny bit more than usual! Great hull design to handle all that IMHO. Even with both jet ski's on the back and a
couple of people standing on it, you never sense it's over loaded. Prior to adding the davit I had
6 large people stand on the platform.... again, no biggie.
