I bought my boat 2 years ago already bottom painted with black antifouling paint and
it was used in salt water,now i am only boating in fresh water-small lake..
I used the boat one summer with that paint and the previous summer i painted it with Vivid white antifouling
i am not so satisfied with this antifouling paints because iam not leave my boat in water..I haul it after every use..
Any sugestion what should i do...Can i paint the boat with non antifouling paint or do any sort of painting to back the bottom
to look similar like above waterline paint gelcoat...

The bottom may have been sanded prior to being bottom painted the first time. That's the downside to bottom paint. If it was sanded, you'll have to either keep it bottom painted, have it re-skimmed with gel coat ($$$), or live with it. Sorry to have to tell you that.

In 2009 I bought a 2006 Vista 278 which had bottom paint on it. I moved the boat to a dry stacker and seriously considered removing the old antifouling and applying primer and topcoat paint below the waterline. After I couple of years and before making a decision I moved to a wet pen (salt water) and I'm back to maintaining anti-fouling paint.
For a boat that is stored out of the water, new gelcoat would be cost prohibitive but the best option might be to remove the old bottom paint, prepare the surface, prime and topcoat paint.
A two pack spray job by a professional would be the answer but a cheaper option would be a DIY paint job with rollers and brushes.
I had the blue fibreglass stripe on my boat painted - if I was going to switch back to dry storage I would go back to the same painter have the bottom of the hull cleaned off and painted.

I was also thinking about trying to sand it and put a primer and
two-component white paint on it...
But i am not so sure how it will be or is that good choice?
I dont have a someone here who work on boats so i must learn
buy and do everything from net...

I know the feeling, we here in salt water all have to deal with ugly bottom paint.
What I would do, is have the bottom stripped (would not want to to this myself). Then I'd have an epoxy barrier coat put on and then have that topcoated with a marine paint. That would be the best thing as far as avoiding blisters in the hull layup and getting away from bottom paint. Doing a bottom is a very labor intensive job and don't even think about trying to take that stuff off yourself, it is toxic and all it takes is a flake of the paint in your eye to ruin your day (ER visit maybe). I don't do my own bottom paint for that reason, I'll paint the drive but I'm not laying under a boat sanding that stuff. Yes we all know you have to wear protection but even then still I will not do it.

Do you know what my bottom paint is? my boat is four winns vista 278, 2009 year looks like it factory bottom paint.

used 4 seasons on fresh water river and it's working, just want renew in next season
