Just hooked her up on the muffs, she won't turn over. First time since she was winterized. Any one have any tips?

yeah, better explain what is and isn't actually happening.

Is it cranking at all? Some people call 'turn over' whether it's cranking or not.

Is it making any combustion-like noises at all?

Then there's also the glaring omission of what make/model/year boat is this? What's the engine setup?

Sorry,
It's a 2008 h180 Volvo penta 4.3
It will run for a sec only after it's been primed. Other than that will just not combust when trying to start it.

Was the fuel filter replaced and maybe not filled with gas? FI systems need to be primed sometimes to get the air out after changing the filter because its on the suction side unlike a car which can be on the pressure side. There was a member from on here from Fla who changed the filter on a FI motor and had the same problem, he figured out how to prime it.
FI or Carb?
If carb, take off the fuel filter and see if there is gas in it. If not fill it with gas (carefully!) reinstall it (wipe up any gas that spilled) wait for the fumes to dissipate and try again.

Can you pull a spark plug to see if it's soaked with fuel or bone dry?

Please don't take this the wrong way but double check the safety lanyard. I have seen the same thing you are describing and after my buddy rebuilt his carb and replaced half his ignition...he found the lanyard to be partially released causing his problem. Man was he pissed  It's easy to knock connectors loose in the process of winterizing, so double check all basics again...then pull a plug

Mine is a 5.0. But, two years in a row, the wire that connects to the electric fuel pump has come loose when I changed the filter. It ran fine for a bit, then got starved for fuel. Plug it in and problem solved. Check it.

That's great news! Gotta love it when it's a free and easy fix :D
