When lifting my engine hatch to check fluids, I'm getting a yellowish water dripping out of it somewhere. My stern storage compartment is dry, and it leaks out the back end of the hatch, part of it dripping down inside the engine room, and some onto the swim platform.

Any ideas?

Tried knocking on it since I didn't have a rubber mallet with me, no sound difference. Went to rebed those screws, and there was a bit of moisture on the end of them. On an '08 this is unreal if that is rotted inside...my '04 didn't have this issue.

I had the same issue, I am pretty sure that it is rain water. It was coming in at the hinge of the radar arch, running down the base of the arch, then down the inside and behind the cushions where it is getting the plywood wet behind the cushions, and running downd to the engine hatch and getting into the noise insulation. I let the arch down and installed some white door weather stripping that I got at Lowes, and then just hinged the arch back down onto it. Once you get the water stopped, you will have to leave the hatch up for awhile to get the water out. I hope this helps, you mat want to check the cushion backs to make sure they are not rotted to bad, this is where the yellow color is coming from.
