I did notice more vibration on the 3 blade SS as compared to the high-5, so you may be on to something there. On my previous boat, I did find a bent prop shaft. I was able to straighten it out good enough using a small bottle jack between the anti-cavitation plate and the shaft. Oddly enough, I never noticed a vibration issue with it though. It was just apparent when spinning the shaft with the prop off.
