Thanks Mike.

Hopefully the removal and service of your drives goes quick and smoothly and you can make the most out of the "guys weekend".

Don't forget to tell the wife how hard you had to work for extra wife brownie points. :)

Mike.

So did some work on the boat this weekend. Pulled both drives and replaced both drive and exhaust bellows. Weather was great a balmy -8 Celsius . Pulled 4 drives in total and found time to have a little fun on Saturday night.
Here are a few pics of us working on the lake with the boat laid up

Went up on the bow and got rid of all the snow hanging down before it causes some damage this spring during the big melt

It's a material lift that we use at work. I think I will buy a motorcycle stand that goes up and down and weld up a steel frame to sit on top. That lift was over kill but I knew it would do the job.
It wasn't that bad working out side I was actually warm. Although it got really cold when I was standing around drinking beer for lunch

Looks great, you were well set up to get that done. I would have never thought of doing it that way but you made it look easy
