The show season is slowly progressing! Anybody have any pics to show off? Especially those odd and obscure things we boat freaks like to see.

I'll start.

This is the interior of a Doral Elite Series 245 Bow rider

This is the setup for the VHF and GPS antennae on a H310

The ultimate fishing boat?

A little bit too close to the water for my liking!

What you guys got? I'll dig through my camera files and see if there is anything else interesting to post. I guess this should have been put on the boating Banter threads maybe admin can move it there?

Here are some pics from the Minneapolis show a couple weeks ago. We happened to be there and figured, why not! 8)

That indoor lake is awesome. I wish they would have done something like that at the Chicago show.

I noticed ramps in the picture, were they actually running boats, or doing wakeboard demos with a winch? Either way, very creative.

I'll bet the interior on that Doral is nice and scorching freaking hot on a sunny summer day!

Yeah but it sure catches your eye! It reminds of a Ferrari interior.

I'm not sure. They were advertising wakeboard demos so they must have been pulling people somehow. We did see a couple of staff booting around on a seadoo so maybe that's what they used. they were demoing how to maneuver a twin engine boat when I "explored" this area. It was pretty cool you could also try out kayaks and pedal boats in between the demos.

Yes, it does look pretty sweet. It is exactly the same color as the interior on my first boat, though, and it was VERY VERY VERY (and painfully!) hot on sunny summer days. Even the floor was so hot you couldn't walk on it. I'd never buy another boat with an interior that wasn't some kind of white, off-white, or very light grey.

Something EVERYONE should have... an indoor lake. You know, when it's too hot and sunny out, but want to take the boat out anyway.... or those cold winter days.

Mike,
After they build that indoor ski resort near the Kansas Speedway, I'm gonna get some investors and put a dome over Smithville Lake. Because Rediculous should have no boundaries.

pics from the wakeboarding on the lake (from the WakeWorld website):

The skiers were pulled using a high speed winch from the other side of the lake, then a guy on a pwc pulled the cable back to the launch area. It was pretty wild to see!
