Just had my Chevy Tahoe towed down to the transmission shop to see about getting it rebuilt - my boating has been severely impacted for the last couple of months, but I did manage a trip out to Catalina on my bud's Grand Banks a couple of weekends ago.
Fortunately, since I'm in San Diego, I can still boat for a couple more months although I may have to put a long sleeve shirt on at some point

People say facebook sucks, but sometime's it's pretty awesome. I know nothing about my mother's side of the family except they all live in Canada. Met them when I was like 2 years old and never again. I was starting to think I was going to live the rest of my life not knowing. Well, through the powers of Facebook one finally found me today and has been connecting me to everyone. Turns out I have 5 uncles, 4 aunts, and a ton of cousins. How f***ing cool is that??

yup it is a great communication tool for families.. and friends.. it is more than "hey i got drunk last night and silly jokes"

This weekend is my friend's biennial Halloween party, been helping set it up for 2 weeks now. The theme is 50 shades of gray. Full top shelf bar (supplied by a liquor company), bartender, DJ (one hit wonder K5 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xt0eRX-3O08). Professional sound and light system. Champagne handed to you when you walk in the door. Bouncer. Psychic readings. BIG house. No expense spared. I usually hook up with at least 2-3 women during one of these events. I'll have tons of pics, most women usually end up naked by 1-2am.

Other than that? Been trying to find a solution to my mold problem. It's never been an issue in my cabin, but with the insane rain we had last month I've found a few spots. I'm thinking damprid first, then idk

Ric put a bucket of cat litter in the cabin.. it loves to absorb the moisture.. i set a 2 gallon pale half full int he camper and it keeps it dry.. i did the same thing int he boat and it does great to reduce the moisture..
