All buttoned up. Hey John if you have any issues with the alt overcharging the batts on your OMC I have some info on how to solve it courtesy of ARCO electric....

Sounds good, thanks Lou. Haven't had an issue to date but will keep an eye next season. Hope tomorrow's storm isn't too bad. We are supposed to get 60+mph winds and a couple inches of rain here.

We are just supposed to get rain here, band of snow supposed to stick inland 20-30 miles....Had my buddy come over and we shrink wrapped the boat last week. Tires are off and put away in the basement for the winter. Now to think about taking the kids skiing this weekend! Or putting up tree and lights. Or both!

What does that shrink wrap cost for a 20'?

As soon as I figured I did not want to be there - I would quit my job and spend all day on the XBOX and drinking beer. Invite friends over until all late hours of the morning. If that did not work - turn on the crazy. Sell her underwear on the internet. Put cameras all over the inside of the house, broadcast live over the internet. Build couch forts in the living room. Offer to host AA meetings in your living room on the weekend. Paint the house half blue, half orange, and declare yourself Florida's biggest Denver Broncos fan. Glue pennies on random items. Start collecting taxidermy. Collect issues of newspapers and store them in the hallway. She have a favorite TV show? Get cable/lose cable to make it impossible to watch. When she buys new clothes, go out and buy the same clothes in a size larger and a size smaller. Remove the size tags from the correct size and put them in the size too small. Then a few weeks later, after she has been on a diet, switch them for the size way too big. Become an over the top supporter of the opposite political party from her.

As odd as it may sound, I've considered putting mine in storage for the winter. My marina only charges $30/m for storage instead of the 140/m i'm paying now for dry storage with pull in/out. I've used it once in November due to the wild weather we've been having. Seems like it's always 70s/80's during the week and 50's and rain on the weekends.

With the savings, you can buy a murse to match the new wallet.

Maybe start with the LV belt - only $490. A sure-fire way to warm up the ladies before whipping out the wallet!

You can pick up a roll for $200 or so online, heat gun is around $600 or so. Strapping is cheap as you know, which is what we use for frame. The roll is 150 or 200 feet long, depending on width, etc. so could do your boat for many, many years. If you do it right and take it off right, you can get 3 years out of one wrap so the roll of 200' could last you 20 years. Second year and beyond, you put it back on and then lightly hit with heat gun. Can't emphasize lightly enough, because you can burn through the material quickly, especially second go at it. My friend saved a roll for me from jobs he does, and he brought over 2 heat guns. We were done in an hour including cutting and screwing the frame. You can find the used heat guns around every once in a while on craigslist or ebay.

Yeah, looked at the graphite damier belt, eh. idk.

I created an asterisk script today that allows call center agents working remotely to call in from their cell phone to login to take calls with a password. The phone system automatically records their caller ID # and puts them in the queue, so when a call comes into the queue it calls their cell #. To log out, they just call back, enter password, and it removes them (as long as they called from the same caller ID). Removes the need for working at home agents to have softphones/deskphones/or even internet. Yup, that's why I get paid the big bucks
