Haha, I'm picking up a silencerco sparrow it's $350. It's for 22lr and 5.7x28 so it will work on all my pinkers and also my soon to be dream gun I'll buy soon: the FN Five Seven

So how long did it take to get through the paper work to get the suppressor. I haven't tried because of the time but putting one on an AR would be fun.
The FN is a great hand gun I really like it in the dark earth.

The paperwork is simple. I commissioned a lawyer to write up an NFA trust and had it notarized. Done. Now I can buy and own class III weapons.

I'm going tomorrow to the gun store to buy the suppressor. It's simple you just fill out the ATF paperwork that the gun store helps you fill out with the serial # of the suppressor and such, write a check for $200 to the ATF, mail it in. My gun store takes a deposit on the suppressor. 3-6 months later the ATF mails the paperwork back to the gun store with the tax stamp and now you're a legal owner of a suppressor once you pay for it in full. Exactly same process to buy a SBR, machine gun, etc. No background check, no fingerprint, etc because the trust owns it not you. You're just a trustee.

I already have a SBR picked out I want to buy if I quit spending all my money eating expensive dinners. I REALLY would love to own a Colt M4 Commando. It's the semi-auto milspec 11.5in barrel M4 model # LE6933. No aftermarket internals needed like the cheap civilian shit. Best part? $1475 after ATF fees and tax. It's the current gun the Navy Seals use in close quarter combat.

Very nice choice!!! I had a custom Palmetto Arms built with mil spec upper and lower, stainless barrel with a 10/1 turn. Barska three color scope with a side mount green laser and a take down LED up front with magpol everything else in 5.56/.223.
Lots of fun to play but with a suppressor it would be even more fun.

We teach our young that it's either in side or out. Every time you open the door it lets more heat out of the igloo. Much like the the rule your people are taught about the refrigerator. :D

Alex, you were quite diplomatic in your reply. I bet we could kick his ass severely in a snow ball fight to begin with.

I grew up visiting Maine and the west, I know that you need good wet snow packed tight. And to plan your turns on a snow machine. And that snow is a pain in the ass unless you are playing in it.

I lived in Maine. Dexter to be exact... I miss it. A lot. Like I want to go back really bad.

Installed a bunch of Insteon smart home stuff in my house today. Mine = blown.

Looks like we are booking a condo in Fort Myers for our annual family Christmas vacation (Dec. 2015). We like to plan early since prices tend to almost double in price for that time of year. What have you Florida guys found to be the best source of scoring a good deal on a rental car for a week? We would be flying into SouthWest Florida International Airport (RSW).

Have a Triple-A membership? That's who I check first. Regardless of who you book through, the car rental rates in Florida are quite reasonable. Lots of competition.

Tons of great boating around Fort Myers. :D

When I had my highly modified single turbo lexus to avoid the wear and tear of what long distance driving did on the car, I always rented something for trips longer than out of town.

I always use Enterprise for the pure fact their cars are always in perfect condition. I tried Fox once, figured hey they're like $20 cheaper a day why not?! Yeah. It took denying 4 cars to finally get one that wasn't just absolutely f***ed up. And oh it was still f***ed up and drove like someone ran into a few curbs, but at least all the A/C knobs were still in place.

What am I doing today? Woke up at 6am nose all stuffed up, so I called out of work. Think I'll work on more home automation stuff today. Had a couple look at my boat yesterday, they seem somewhat interested. I feel bad cause it does need a good detail, and I know cosmetics put on a big impression.

Check BJs travel. Even though it is supposedly for the benefit of members, it does not ask you for membership number and over the years, I have rented in both Florida and out of country through their site and found the best deals overall.

Okay let me tell you guys another travel "secret" since everyone is obsessed with finding the best deals. It's actually really stupid and so many people get ripped off not even thinking about it:

The cheapest prices are always direct with the company ON THE PHONE not web. You will NEVER, and I repeat, NEVER find a price that's cheaper than going direct from the company. People are just so obsessed with finding a "deal" they don't even bother checking direct. Phone reps are allowed some leeway to get a sale if you're calling the company direct. Example: I just purchased rear tires for my car. Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2. Everyone wanted $450 for the pair shipped, and $500+ local. I called Discount Tire Direct. $75 discount and free shipping. I got them for $360 at my door.

When I book a cruise I always call the company like Carnival. Tell them you're not positive you want to go or not and they'll hook you the **** up with on board credits, spa packages, etc for free to get you on the boat. Same with hotels. I got a ocean front suite at the Marriott in Marco Island for the price of a standard room just by chit chatting with the girl on the phone.

Always rent the car on your Amex. Amex provides you with complimentary insurance so don't bother with paying for the rental car companies shit.
