Somebody else will get the first boat, and they'll love it - but hopefully the dealer will be honest with them about it's history.

It wasn't to restated the problems today that I thought to identifiy their obstacles, and work to remove those obstacles by contacting DNR, and the Bank.

Good point - you sort of have a responsibility now to make sure this order is EXACTLY what you want (plus, the aluminums are cool ).

Good for you! I'm glad to hear that you were able to work it out. Once that bad boy gets delivered, you'll be glad you kept everything in perspective and followed-up on phone calls and getting information needed to support your position. Hopefully you will get nothing but upfront and honest dealings with them from this point forward.

It will be even more fulfilling to take it away from your delivery knowing that they will never lay a hand on it again. On this topic, as I'm sure you plan on doing, get a photo of every side, aspect, angle, storage hatch, control component, etc. on the delivery day. They are obviously not to be trusted, so you'll have to produce your own evidence of the boat's condition the day you receive it.

Gotta think that your calling President FW this morning had some impact on the resolution here. At least SOMEONE gets the big picture...

Navy + Silver/Summer yellow (although i would choose yellow - I am overruled.)
5.0 GXi/SX - 270 Hp - (Overrulled on anything more - otherwise i would have a yellow SS)
