it is the off season people expect to pay less right now.
And remember people are lazy by nature now days. And do not want to polish the boat themselves while also want the first buff free on your dime.. If it helps you sell it faster then drop a couple and have it done.

Same goes for buying a house. I instantly have negatives about a house with a shitty maintained yard and shaggy grass.

Just got back from Rhinelander Wisconsin. Once you got out to the trails they were great. Around town is really bad. They are needing snow desperately. We had a great time & new sled was awesome.

Ohh, lucky me. Mr. Lowballer had a talk with his wife and they would like to offer me $11k for my boat this morning. LOL. He should have took it for 13 Saturday, never hesitate when you're getting something 5k off average price. That's an amateur move.

This is what I told him and it's the truth:
It's consignment with the marina now. They're detailing it like new and I'm replacing the rear seat top panel that's faded. They valued the boat at 18,000 and that's what it's selling for now. Thank you. PS, they finance.
