Installed six new Polk Audio 6.5" speakers. They sound and look much better than the 15 year old Sony speakers.
Figured how I am going to mount my Lawrance GPS. I am going with RAM Mounts and a 12V accessory plug.
Applied some duct tape to one of the trailer lights as the bottom part with the bulb and clear plastic for the license plate kept falling out. Temp fix until I buy some LED lights.
One of my docking lights is not working. The bulb is burned out. It is a GE fog light but because the bug eye part is a sealed unit they want $100+ for it instead of $10 for the just the bulb. I put it back in as-is but this winter I am going to find a way to get it open and replace just the bulb.
Best of all, finished refinishing the outdrive tonight. It was too late to take some photos but I will post some before & after photos later. It does not look like new but is many times better than before. Will look even better after the new decals arrive and I install the skeg guard. We'll spend some more time on it this fall after the boating season is over.
Tomorrow, I am going to check all fluids, install 26p props as recommended in the owners manual (had 22p). Fill up the fuel up on the way to the marina and then take it out sometime in the afternoon. Then take it out again Sunday and hopefully again on Monday as well.

A few weeks ago I had a dealership install my new throttle cable and fix anything questionable on my ski. The cable broke from the recall but yamaha wouldn't honor it, too old. I told the dealership I didn't want it back unless it was perfect, and I'll replace anything that needs attention. They assured me everything was golden. They replaced rusted clamps on the throttle bodies, all new exhaust gaskets, new throttle cable, cleaned the throttle bodies and injectors, etc. Bill was over $500 and told me it needs absolutely nothing.
20 minutes of runtime later tonight = Motor came apart at WOT. Oil starvation. The initial cause seems to be they didn't set the oil pump cable correctly that they replaced.
I'm bringing it back to the dealership tomorrow but I fear this will go into litigation.
Ouch.

Picking up our "new" boat from the dealer and doing a 200 mile tow to take it to our place.
Supposed to get an offer on our "old" boat which is listed for sale.
Good luck on both

Tonight I painted the white wheels on my blue trailer grey.
Looks better now. The white really stood out, kinda bothered me since I picked the boat up. It was an itch that needed scratching.
I know all about those itches...
