I went and looked at that boat I mentioned earlier and didn't buy. I was a little gun shy and I think the guy sold it a few days later.
Oh well, onto the next one. Found a '96 Horizon DXL now for sale. Spoke with the owner, sounds great, no problems, he has owned it for 15 years now and states that he hasn't had any engine/outdrive/bellows/pumps or anything other than routine maintenance done to the boat. I guess that good...or bad because obviously certain things just need to be replaced with age which may be in the near future.
The trailer needs new tires as they are original. He never uses the trailer, he is on the lake and the launch is a mile down the road, so I'm assuming tires and a lube job are necessary immediately.
