My fridge works perfect when hooked up to shore power but as soon as I leave the dock and go of the battery I have no power to it. Anyone experience this. 2000 268 vista.

There are lots of posts about this. Do a search.
Are you saying no power at all - not even the light on.
Or are you saying it has power but not cooling.
Does it try to turn the compressor on and after about 5 seconds the compressor turns back off.

All these symptoms are different and lead to either - bad fuse, bad power inverter, bad wiring,

Most experience problems due to the wiring being too small for the DC side. This causes the compressor to cycle on and right back off.
Replace wiring with 10 gauge wire and you will be fine.

DO YOU HAVE THIS FRIDGE?....NOVA KOOL M# R3803 ACDC.....IF YES, IT IS MOST LIKELY THAT THE INVERTER CONTROL BOX ON THE SIDE OF THE COMPRESSOR HAS FAILED AND WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED. LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED AN INVERTER AND I WILL POST THE SITE WHERE I BOUGHT ONE NEW FOR ABOUT $250 A COUPLE MONTHS AGO.
