I had always hated the dash on my 95 238 Vista... it looked like the dash on my 1980 Chevy Citation.

Using SEARCH I found AA Marine who makes a plug and play replacement.

Can't say enough great things about Dave who helped me through the process.

I had to replace my depth finder with a different one but here is the dash as I was finishing up the install:
