Any interest in putting together a Four Winns contingent at this event? The weather is supposed to be perfect.

This is a Sea Ray event. Although all boaters are welcome, I would think a FW group would not really be well received. Kinda like crashing a wedding you were not invited to. Just my 2 cents.

Tices Shoal is a great place on any weekend. I usually head there every Saturday. You all should go because on any given weekend there are between 100 and 150 boats there. Sandy bottom and 4 ft of water perfect for anchoring and hanging out. Walk in to the beach and cross the island to the beach side for the best beach in NJ. Then back to the boat for lunch. There are so many different types of boats there no one will notice you. Unfortunately I dropped my new 358 off for 20 hour service and to work out some glitches from our punch list and the boat won't be ready until Sat. some time in the afternoon. It is all the way up in Redbank so I don't think I would make down in time.

If anyone wants to set up a weekend to raft up a bunch of Fourwinns just let me know as I said we head there almost every weekend. Great sunsets from there too!!

Tice's has plenty of room for a lot of boats. Just get there early to get a good spot close to shore. Watch low tide. We all know how many Sea Ray's are in BB but it is good to see the FW owners out there. Most of the Sea Rays will be all together usually around some kind of floating platform. It is not a private area so they can't stop any one from anchoring there. Just be prepared for a lot of traffic and rowdiness. Have fun asnd see you on the BB this weekend! It is going to be the 3 h's.

Aquapalooza is a Sea Ray sponsored event amongst others including GM, Sony, Sebago, Ray Marine, Mercruiser, Boating (the magazine) and others including local businesses like radio stations and restaraunts. All boaters are welcome to attend the event. You do not have to register to attend but you can and get a goodie bag filled with more useless stuff.

Our event in Northern Virginia on the Potomac (Fairview Beach) is one of the best attended events they have. We had well over 1000 boats this year. There are fireworks, bands playing and lots and lots of boats and people. Most who attend are not on Sea Rays at all in our area. http://www.aquapalooza.com

I would venture to say it is one of our most anticipated weekends each season and this was our third one!

The ad you may have seen in many of the boating publications depicting Aquapalooza is from our event in VA last year. You can see how large a turnout this event brings out!

Don't be intimidated by Sea Ray owners, this is an event for everyone!

I will give Fair Views Aquapalooza a big kudos for the second year in a row. I didn't see very many four winns but nothing more there were over a 1000 boat and I could only see the ones close to me.
