Thanks to many of you on this board for the advice when buying the new boat, the Support through the reception of a used show boat in place of new, and guidance in usage and maintenance.

This boating year was a great success and alot of fun, thanks again for all the help!!!!

5 more days until I am winterized and stored for the winter, and 6 more days before i started preping for next season.

Good to see someone else from Wisconsin here. What lakes do you go out on? I used to live in Milwaukee. Boating down that way gets expensive. Most places I went to were charging like $20.00-$25.00 every time you launched the boat. Up here it cost me $25.00/Year.

Welcome 07H200SS!

We boat at Nagawicka & Pewaukee lakes and buy the season pass for $75, otherwise it's $7.50 each time out.

Do you boat on Winnebago?

We did Blue spring, okauchee lake, and the wisconsin river this year. I had meant to try Nagawicka but just flat ran out of time.

c5er - I second that! This board and it's great members have been a huge help to me and my first boat as well. I am very sad to say we turned our boat in for winterization this past weekend as well. I can't wait for summer 09!

Thank you,

David

Yes we boat on Winnebago as well as Lake Butte Des Mortes, Poygan, Winnconnee and the river system up here. It is a great area to own a boat.
