Did you make it to Raystown Lake? How did you like it?
Yes we did make it to Raystown. Didn't take the boat due to the forecast temp & it rained sat till lunch time.It wasn't worth trailering it 3 + hrs for the short time we were there. It was nice, BUT I don't think we'll take the time to go there in the future. We live closer to Wallenpaupak & there is alot more things to do besides boating. It's not the corp of engineers lake, so they allow private homes, restaurants and boat shops right on the lake. Again it looks like a great lake, especially for the bigger (then my dinky H190) boats, just too far to drive as I drive 63 mi 1 way to work everyday

. We went to check out the 'Balanced Rock" on the state park hiking trail & the suspension brodge. Also we went to Kelly's Cafe' in Huntingdon across from the ST prison. That's a great little place, food vs $$ was amazing for us. Thanks for the info & Invite.Maybe you come east sometime?
