I've heard there were no 458s on the Chesapeake yet. None here yet at all. This from the salesman that sold us our 348. Supposedly they asked the factory to at least make one available for the show (the oldest in-water show in the country). They did have a nice assortment of the current models though.

Personally I don't like the fully enclosed helm setups. I prefer the open helm. The closed ones usually mean no walk-through from the helm to the foredeck. The wife would have none of that nonsense, and I agree.

The dealer here in Kingston had a V458 last year and sold it pretty quick. Apparently, this was the only one in Canada because they are the World's largest Four Winn's dealer! Yesterday, I saw another one being delivered to them. They are advertising it for $649,999 in the Boat Trader.
