Cougar ..... you reminded me of a theme of names that I have been thinking about...

My wife is quite nocturnal and we do MUCH of our boating at night. "All Night Long" would certainly be appropriate (not uncommon to be pulling out well after mid-night .... or as the sun is coming up). I'll have to put some real thought into the night-boating theme.

"All Night Long" has an association to the admiral and I... and a special place in our heart for Lionel Richie

For Christmas, my wife got me this shirt:

We named her ALTEAN for my 3 kids ALina, TEnnyson, and ANia.
Not sure what to do now that number 4 is coming in February!!!
I don't want to go through all the renaming rituals!

OK, now you've transported me back to the early-mid '80s, living in Clarkston MI ........ towing the boat (69 Evinrude Rouge-II 210) over to Cass or Orchard lakes.

You know how certain songs can instantly transport you to a very specific time and memory ...... That just puts me driving the Suburban, towing the boat, radio on, on the road that runs between the two lakes, on the way to the launch .... Likely Orchard Lake, from that location.

[quote="mkivbren"] Cattail, let me know if/when Last Call goes up for sale - perfect next boat.

Aren't all boats for sales? It's all a matter of price

My wife was on a trip not too long ago and the weather was really wild where she was flying. Of course, in all fun...she says, well, if I die on this trip, I know you will spend my life insurance on a new cruiser. She tells me to do her one favor...name it "She's Gone"

Damn right I would buy a new cruiser...and yeah, I would name it "She's Gone". With any luck, I will never have a cruiser named "She's Gone" though....
