For the money - that's a deal that can't be beat if the boat is in as good of shape as it looks.

As for the Formula -- great boat. I'd be hard pressed to think that for the added money - it's better than the Four Winns.

Formula... I have a friend who bought a Formula 27 PC within a year of us buying our 288 Vista. He has had more problems with it, has fewer features, like no dedicated cockpit storage for a cooler, no extended swim platform, not even an engine sync guage at the helm, and paid a lot more for it than I did. Both boats have the same power (me 5,0 VP duoprops, him 5.0 Merc B3). Piloted his boat quite a bit. I experienced the same performance and handling between the two. Both boats are within inches of each other.

After experiencing the differences first hand, he paid a lot for the Formula name. If you win millions in the lottery like they did, guess that's not too much of an issue.

Capn...after all our discussions over the Bombay...do not rush into anything. I know you really want the Formula 37PC. Yes, the price is nice on this one. But don't go after it just for that. Hold out until that Formula calls your name brutha.

Good point WD, I mean about the Bombay discussions

Hey, that 37PC would have been sweet for 75K, it's up to $125K, and dude's reserve is waaay north of $250K. So I will be holding out for, oh, probably 10 years before the 37PC drops enough in price to call my name. :)

Interesting there are still NO bids on the 348. Hmmmmmmm.......
