Optimus - i had the LED pods that are on the underside of the swim platform. That was a factory option in 2008 for a couple hundred bucks. Kind of cool for the few evenings we used them !

The underwater option from FW is like 4k! There's no way I would pay that. Here we go aftermarket!

What made you chose 5W vs any other wattage? How bright were they, but then how clear was the water?

I am in fairly clear water. The led lights will last longer and do not get hot . They use almost nothing for power and I can use while on the hook if I want to. I chose these bulbs because they were only like 20 bucks for the pair. I should be in the water in the next few weeks and I will try to get some pictures. they are not as bright as some of the other underwater lights, but do not cost hundreds or thousands of dollars. If I was a serious fishermam, then I would care, but, I never fish.
