Did I miss the memo? I called into FW Customer Service today, and all of the Voice Response Units were branded Wellcraft/ Four Winns. Even the outgoing voice mail messages were re-branded indicating that the customer service reps are Wellcraft/ Four Winns reps. When did this happen?

Are Wellcrafts built or supported anyplace else? When going through the VRUs I cam across some new to me names of customer support reps. The impression I was left with was that support was merged along with the move in manufacturing.

Ask cougarcruiser what he saw when he was at the FW plant recently, he should know what he saw.

My salesman made a cold call at the Wellcraft factory in Sarasoto late last fall and there was nothing going on, the plant was completely shut down. He went to the Chriscraft factory a couple miles down the road and they wern't building anything and the engineers and people in the office were more worried about getting tickets to the national championship game with the Gators than anything else. Tough times to be a manufacture. I just hope that the good dealers make it.
