Hello

Just picked up my new F224 so i figured i better stop lurking.
Does this forum ever plan annual gatherings? I know here in Arkansas they have sold a ton of Four Winns and we have some great lakes here.

Marty

I'd love to get down to Beaver, but probably won't anytime soon. Table Rock is our lake of choice, but even that's not looking likely this season.

Welcome to the board and congratulations on the F224. The wife and family try to make it down to Beaver and Table Rock at least once a year each. There are about 5 of us(Four Winns owners) here in the KCMO area that are active on the board and have mentioned a get together, but nothing has been really pursued in earnest. I personally think it's a great idea Where are you in Arkansas and which lakes do you plan on boating on.

I live in a little town (Beebe) just 25 miles north of Little Rock. We normally go to Greers Ferry but i want to get around to Beaver, Table Rock and Ouachita. I hear Ouachita is a great lake. Maybe we can put together something for the end of August. Do most people camp or hotel it?

That time frame might work for me, as in the boat should be running by then.
When I go to Table Rock, I usually rent a house. But I have stayed down on the
waterfront for a weekend at the Hilton's. It's great either way, but I think I still
prefer a house.
With craigslist and a few other places it's easy to find something even last second
for a discount.
