it is fair to say that this has been the worst boating weather of any season since we have owned a boat. Seriously, we have only had our boat on the lake here in Kentucky 5 times this whole summer. Of those 5 times, it may have been sunny a couple of those days. Unbelievable!

Same here in Ontario. I've only been out a handful of times and lately too cool and/or rainy for boating. The only ones having fun are the algae growing like crazy on my hull.

Wishing I didn't spend the money on a slip this summer and I am pulling it out for most of August anyways to head up north to a cottage for a couple of weeks.

Here in Vermont, it is the same. rain rain rain rain. it is almost a joke to look at the forecast. like this morning Monday July 20. 5am today partly cloudy and the next 7 days scattered Thunder storms. it has been the same pattern for 4 weeks...

Same goes here. Horrible weather for doing anything outdoors. And I thought the weather couldn't get any worse than last year.... boy was I wrong.

My holidays are in three weeks, hopefully summer shows up by then.

Same for Michigan. Cool and such. Not a ton of rain, but just very cool.

Coolest July on record here in SW Michigan. But that is ok with me since I am not using the boat this summer. Keep it 65 - 70 degrees and I am happy. Forecast is for August and September to be below normal as well.

It was so cool here on Friday that we nearly couldn't get in the water. Nearly.

Typically this time of year it would be 98F with 90% humidity.

It's the opposite in the Pacific Northwest where not many people even have air conditioning in their house!

We've had the one of the dryest june/july's yet. Temps all week in the 80s... looking warm next week as well!

I don't have A/C at the house... so I guess we're staying on the boat, downtown this weekend!

Has been really bad here this year as well. I think we only hit 90 once so far and of course it was during the week when we had to work.

+1 to All Night Long. The weather here in Washington has been most excellent this summer. I dock in Chelan (eastern WA) most of the time and the weather has been great there. (Except last Saturday when it was 30 kt. winds and 3 foot waves...yes we were out and enjoying it!) This weekend it should reach 100 plus, balmy and water temp of 74. BTW, the water in the lake is so clear you can see 40 to 60 feet down. But, some drift in it this time of year.

Cheers,

Great weather here in North Carolina, around 75 to 85, average rain, partly cloudy to full sun and fun weekends.
Come on down, we could stand a few more Yankees!

In the 90's here in San Diego and perfect boating weather. But...since my wife and I just had a baby boy last week :D , I don't see much boating in my immediate future... :(
