After stereo upgrade. mine is not working. Need to check the box. I saw a few posts suggesting some odd locations but I still cant find it. Anyone have this system in their 268? I have the stereo guy coming so I want to make sure we dont waste hours ($$$) looking for this thing.

On our 2008 V248 it is behind the instrument panel; it is located close to the Sirus antenna.

Our Sirius was incorporated in the Clarion stereo, there was no box. So if you upgraded your stereo you should have bought one the was Sirius ready and then you could have just plugged in your Sirius antenna into the back of the stereo. Am I missing something?

How much of a pain was it to get the fridge out and to the box? How do you do a reboot of it? I need to take a look at mine on my 278 and I'm assuming it's in the same spot.

The Stereo guy did it. He said he had to unscrew the frige and then got to the box. basically he pulled the cables and reseated everything. I was getting "Invld Ch" after the initial stereo upgrade. And a reboot I performed of the Clarion stereo didnt work. So had to do it to the siruis box directly. It worked. This was also something that the sirius tech support suggested first. I just couldnt get to it my self. You may be able to see the box if you pull out the cabinet drawer below the sink.

What a great forum... I never knew there was a Sirius box along with the stereo. I've had to "reboot" the stereo to get Sirius to work but never had to go further than that. God stuff.

Flyer.... on your 278 the box is located behind the radio panel..... remove the screws on the side of the wood panel and the whole thing will come out.. the box is behind there
