... and a few days before taking delivery, time will actually start going backward! At least you live in place were water remains liquid year round, you won't have to relive this every year.

Yes, fair point!

I have just discovered too that there is a boating lake about 90 mins drive away where the water stays at least 23 degrees C all year round as it is an outlet for a power station cooling system. Sounds like a great winter destination!

JB - never been to the pondage before (driven past it plenty of times) - you'll have to let me know what you find! Not sure if you can power boat on it at any time or if there is restrictions because of the yachties etc....

My friend with the quintrix told me about it - he hasn't been on it but he has been on Lake Narracan next door. I'm seeing him at the boat show so we'll plan to have a trip out there this winter defo.
