Low hours for sure - plenty of power for that boat too - nice looking rig and 22'.......those are all the plus factors I see. I guess you need to assess what items you feel are must haves. When you pay that much for a boat I would want it rigged out pretty close to how I wanted it in regard to the big ticket items.
Some of the things this boat does not have for that price that would make me think hard on it - No wake tower and no thru hull. Again these were some of the things I wanted (personal preference), but they are big ticket items to add on later down the road. I'm thinking a thru hull system will run around the $ 1,500 range and a nice tower is going to be about $ 1,750 - $ 2,000......
If twer me I would factor those in and price it accordingly.....say $ 29,000 - $ 30,000 range. Yes, it has low hours and will be practically new, but it still is a 3 year old boat. I considered the same thing when I got mine and it's a 2008 model.
