So. The bilge pump works, and basically all electronics. but it appears the boat will not stay running. I think it is going to make a trip to the nearest four winns dealer.

Good idea. My fear would be that the alternator was damaged. Did the 50 amp helm circuit breaker pop, or any of the fuses on the engine?

Well it ended up being the alternator. I guess I am lucky that was all it damaged. Strangely enough, it also blew the 10 Amp fuse in the back of the Stereo and no otherr fuses.
