Neat stuff, they won an award at IBEX this morning for their synthetic teak decking which blends
phosphorescent technology in the chaulk line. After being charged by normal daylight, it glows an
azure blue at night, helping to see the boundaries of your swim platform or steps. Too Cool ! (but pricey)

A few folks say that this decking gets real hot in the sun. Especially if you boat in the southern/southwest climates. They do have what they call Cool Teak, which they claim stays cool in the sun. I have not had the opportunity to test it, but it sounds promising.

Totally agree on the carpeting. I like carpet in the cockpit, as that can be taken out easily and cleaned. The cabin is where I may think about installing some of this product someday.
