Being close is great. Our first marina was about 10 minutes away which was nice but then we moved to a different marina at the start of the '09 season. The current one is a tick over a mile away from the house. Love it, love it, love it.

And good job on the docking. You're going to leave your marks on the boat regardless so don't sweat it. I bet it was a quite a change though going from a single engine 20'(is that right?) boat to a 31' twin with a 10.5' beam.

Unless you fish all the time, you will get bored at Ray Roberts.

I know what you're talking about with the firm mattress(foam) Four winns uses. We ordered this topper from overstock, and the difference is unbelievable! It makes for a perfect combination with the foam being firm and the topper being so plush. We liked it so much that we tried it on our pillow top at home after the boat was in storage, but it actually made it too soft and we both ended up with aching backs.

Also speaking from first hand experience it is so nice living close to your marina. We live about 10-15 min from ours and I'll go straight from work to meet my wife for dinner and a sunset cruise at least 2-3 times during the week! Also being able to go to your boat after a bad day at work and crack a cold beer is priceless!

We went with a 4" memory foam topper and loved it. Even bought a second one for the house. I didn't go with the Serta...but with the cheaper brand. No complaints with it on my pillowtop at the house.

How do you like those molded cockpit seats....the aft facing ones right behind the helm? I love them! We put in the filler cushion and just kick back in those seats with our feet up. Sooooooo comfy.

Beautiful boat skipper!!! I hate you. I think I'm suffering from "boat" envy. It's not the first time and surely not the last. Putting my boat up for sale now.

I just purchased a H220SS yellow and white but I really love your color scheme skull, what would be the least you would take for your boat I am trying to figure out if I got a good deal on mine. I paid 27000 on an eBay no reserve auction with 52 bidders that I beat. She is on YouTube just search H220SS she is on the third video. Let me know what you guys think. First boat purchased not sure if I did the right thing.
