Since Spring is only 3 maybe 4 months away I thought I would start a thread where we can create our "to do" lists... Mine is quite long
In no particular order
-Replace depth guage in dash
-Install hour meters on motors
-Replace Hot water tank
-Fix hinge on rear entry (screws are pulling out of the fibreglass)
-New batteries and wiring of the existing battery switches so they work
-Replace anodes on drives
-Replace drive bellows
-Change drive oil
-Replace impellers in drives
-Change oil in motors and Genny
-Replace the Cabin lights with LED bulbs
-Fix the front hatch seals
-Fix some miscellaneous loose trim and pieces here and there
-Buy and mount a TV/DVD
-Inverter? (depends on the TV I buy)
-Replumb the AC pump for better access to valves and add a valve to help with airlocks
-Rebuild the head
-New carpet(or something) in cabin
-Remove cabin steps and rebuild as storage boxes
-Install a shower sump system so the drain water from several sources is contained
-Fresh coat of epoxy paint on the bottom
-Install a dual bilge pump system in engine compartment
-Wash, Wax, Clean, Re-stock etc..

The list seems long but since I store in my yard i should be able to knock some of these now leaving only the engine and drive work for just before delivery to the ramp for launch. Come to think of it, I could yank the drives and do the work in my shop so they'll be ready to just mount back on

What do you guys have planned. Now is the time to buy and stockpile your required parts.

Due to lack of ideas and need, "Walt's Mod's" has been postponed this season.
I do plan to get:
-A wakeboard for the GF
-A code-reader for the boat from Rinda Technologies

If you have any interesting ideas for "Walt's Mod's", please submit them on that thread; or create your own, and do it your self

Well, seeing this boat is new to me last month, I will find the 'fixes' as I use the boat. Nothing right now is apparent that it needs fixed. My wants though.....that's another story.
-Install fresh water system and sink in the cuddy.
-Stop banging my head against the wall and figure out a refrigeration system for food that is better than a cooler.
-Install a flat screen PC monitor, with converter for input from a dvd player and speakers for movie sound.
-Install shore power throughout the boat.
-Wire in a shore power battery charger.
-Purchase and install mount for a magma kettle grill.
-Pull out all the cabin cushions and backer boards and cut and sew together with new "not -90's" fabric.
-Figure out storage solutions throughout boat
-and finally....Fill the gas tank and use the boat!!!

Apply my recent purchase of Interlux VC17 antifouling paint over top of the existing Interlux Performance Epoxy. Upgrade the original Sony stereo head and add an amp if I can't purchase a newer head unit with more output wattage. The spring wash wax is an annual chore. Modify our davits on the swimplatform to make them removable.

Mike.

Finish some minor items.
Sell the Liberator after taking it out once or twice again.
Figure out whether or not to sell my crew cab dually with it.
Look for next project.

Don't buy the cheap e-bay LED lights. The color uniformity is pretty bad. All were to be warm white but they are all over the map and it drives the wife crazy. You get what you pay for.

Clean out the last of last season's barnacles from the pivot housing, around the bellows, and trim lines (nasty job). Remove pivot housing, inspect outside of driveshaft bellows, replace if needed. Break up small barnacles in water intakes of drive and flush out. Prepare and paint inner pivot housing and outer transom mount, paint drive.
Put a hinge in the rear bulkhead behind the rear bench seats so it's easier to access the engine compartment. Lifting that heavy bulkhead is getting old.
Buff out hull, wet sand if needed.

I already installed a new starter and re-terminated the wiring and replaced the noisy circulating pump (original one) last fall when I winterized it.
