Anyone have any advice or directions on where to start and how to remove the VDO gauge cluster on a 2000 210 Horizon. Whole thing went out last year when I hit a wave hard. No idea where to begin. HELP!

Do a search on VDO. Someone posted a detailed step by step with photos. If you do yours soon, take more pix and notes. I'm going to do mine this spring too.

Hey Dave

search where? I did a search here on the blog site and tried every combination I could think of and it always returned the same thing. NO search results available.

It is a very simple procedure if you have the flat version panel. Four Winns have a panel that is completely plug and play. You remove a couple of screws on the old panel, disconnect the connector at the back of the panel and the new one goes in just as easily. If you have the wrap around style panel, you have to cut a little bit of fiberglass. I did mine about 4 years ago so I'm not sure of part numbers etc., I think you should call Four Winns to make certain. The correct part number for the flat panel was 025-3118 at the time I replaced mine and it cost me something just over $500. You can find some of the old threads by searching for "VDO guages" I think.
