So I have two questions.2008 V358
1) has anyone had any issues with the teak and holly floor coming up, warping or buckling?
2) my teak and holly floor has warped and buckled all the way forward right in front of the base for the bed. The section right in front of the removable hatch that covers the waste tank. So I contacted Fourwinns last summer when this happened. It was basically 3 months after the 3 year warranty expired. They basically wanted nothing to do with me. They weren't even intersted in seeing what happened. So my question is do you agree wih this position by Fourwinns or do you think they should step up and take responsibility for an obvious quality issue with either the materials or the installation?

I'm no expert, but warped wood could be a result of excessive moisture on the floor. I've got that small section of pretty wood on my floor too, but it hasn't warped . . . yet. It appears to have been sealed up with varnish or polyurethane, but i also can't see the bottom of the boards.

If the polyurethane seals up the wood to prevent moisture from penetrating and warping the wood, then you may have a case of poor workmanship on the sealing of the board. Not being an expert with wood and poly; i am purely speculating as a consumer. 8)
