OK!...The lone trio of 262 owners! Surely there are others out there that simply have not found this forum yet. I wonder how many SL series boats Four Winns has sold??

My neighbor has an SL262 also. I've seen a few (1 or 2) SL222s running around the lake lately - I don't really care for the design as much on the smaller boats.

I'm relatively new to FW ownership and never heard of the SL til now. I will check it out on their web site.....from the small pic it appears very similar lines but assume the hull design is diffferent to accomodate the larger size boat....also looks to have more free-board and interior layout obviously for a bigger rig. I do like it - very much like the longway opening floor storage----the side opener in the Horizon series bites in my opinion.....come'on designers - what ape assed boat owner has arms long enough to sit in the helm seat and lean over to the bottom of the hull to pick up a ski from the floor storage!!!

Love the boat and we get a lot of complements on the lake. I have not seen another SL on Lewis Smith Lake in three years.

My first boat so I hope I'll enjoy it and wont have much problems with it.

We squeezed an hour of boating in on Sunday before the tornado watch hit. Got off the lake at 2pm. Yesterday was amazing. Tubed and swam in Spring Lake and anchored off that huge sand dune just north of the GH channel and watched the kids climb to the top. Had ice cream in GH. Great day. Sunburnt and exhausted. How about you?
