If you have a HVAC guy in the family, your set. He would have better idea of numbers than I could provide.
Still you need to check performance of unit to see if you even need to charge. If it is blowing 20 deg cooler than ambient, no need to go further and risk overcharging and damage compressor.
When you say "She was sweating pretty good" to me that just means that relative humidity is high, not an indicator of how the unit is performing. But I am not a HVAC guy, but have tinkered with home, auto and RV units.
