Has anyone made any mods to the Cooler storage / shelf by the battery switch? I have thought of making that a storage area but I was looking for some ideas.

It seemed to be a good place for the cooler in the 6 years we owned a 268, never really considered any mod's except led light strip above it so you could see the beverages in it at night. Where would you re-locate the cooler and not have it in the way ?

we keep the cooler down below. The shelf is always in the way when it's down.

I've not seen a "mod" to a Four Winns, but I have seen another brand of boat with a similar area that held bumpers and ropes.
