Well I just took the boat back to the dealer for the second time and they fixed the issue. It was a hose in the transom, they ran a clear hose and saw bubbles and they realized the clamp made a small hole in the hose and that was enough for the boat to overheat on plane. Thanks for your help, I paid for 4 hours of labor when this was all said and done!

Hope you get to the bottom of the overheating problem. Lot's of good advice given here nice to know you guys are just an email away in case I run into problems when I have my girl delivered next week. Waiting on delivery 2008 H220SS 5.7 300 on youtube search Four Winns H220SS she is the third video, yellow and white coming from Mooresville North Carolina to Miami Florida this weekend hopefully.
