Forth of July Weeeeeeekend!

Make sure to post pics guys! I'll be on Lake Howell in Orlando all weekend. There's a "private" beach that's only accessible by boat where we bbq and light fireworks.

Screwed myself this year. Sold all three boats and have not found a good deal yet.
Kids and grandkids all are leaving town to the inlaws.

Maybe I will look into renting something I guess. bummer.

Going to Cave Run Lake in KY, cannot wait! There will be the mother ship (my parents boat)

Then mine and my uncles. (uncles is on the right)

We'll be hitting Falls Lake Saturday with a few friends and a wakeboard boat and probably the Admiral and I solo on Monday. I'd love to watch some fireworks on the boat this year.

Renting a couple of cabins on Norris Lake with family and friends. I cannot wait! Enjoy all and be safe.

Leaving tomorrow for our annual 8 days on the River! Can NOT WAIT. Going to be 105 degrees up here today, hope the warm weather holds.

1 JUL - Load Boat Wabasha, MN find nice sand bar for over night
2 JUL - Pick up in-laws and aunt & uncle for cruise on Lake Pepin, Lunch at Pickle Factory (Pepin, WI) more cruising, dump guests, go to sandbar, drink more, camp fire
3 JUL - Head Down River to Winona, MN for Lunch, then on to LaCrosse, WI for RIVERFEST celebration. (stopping at 2 large marina/dealership to oogle at 50' plus cruisers)
4 JUL - Link up with more family, spend day at Riverfest (waterski show, air show, Barge/TUG display, beer tents, kids rides, more beer tents, evening concerts, then FIREWORKS over the river)
5 JUL - Leave LaCrosse, head back up river to favorite sandbar, make camp, drink, kids fireworks, drink, grillouts, games, and drink!
6 JUL - MORE OF THE SAME
7 JUL - ditto...
8 JUL - ditto...
9 JUL - Recover crap, recover my body, head back to marina for 3 hours of cleaning...then home for lawn mowing!

Great times ahead!

We are heading up north to the cottage where we just happen to have tons of adult beverage on tap/in stock, a gaggle of fireworks form Indiana. We have family and friends coming up over most of the time we are there. The weekend of the 4th we do some of our fireworks. The following weekend we do the rest of our fireworks, on the 9th we have our annual fireworks over the lake (awesome show), all of this combined with plenty of boating makes for a great time.

Leaving tomorrow, coming back on the 12th of July.

When it's over, I'll need plenty of this....

Back to South Bay for the downtown fireworks display.

This is where I have to admit, I've splurged a little! $30.00 a month and the lawn is cut for us. We just cant and don't want to try and keep up with it this year.

How is cave run? We had baseball tournament there this spring. Thought it might be cool to check out some time. Is it worth the drive? How does it compare to Brookville in Indiana?
