I have a 2001 Horizon 200 that won't start. The throttle has always needed a little wiggle to get started. It beeps and gets battery power, but just won't turn over. There is no clicking either like it's trying to turn over. I thought the neutral safety switch went out, so I bypassed the switch and it still wouldn't start. I bypassed the kill switch, also, and still nothing. I tested the wires on the ignition switch and those are good. I got some advice to check the starter relay on the starboard manifold, but I cannot find it. I also don't know where the starter solenoid is, so i can test that. I know how to test wires, read the schematic, and troubleshoot, but when it comes to the engine compartment, I am lost. Anyone have any other advice or can explain to me where the starter relay and starter solenoid are? Thanks.

The solenoid is part of the starter, remember it is a chevy engine. You should see both heavy and light wires going to it.

Good luck!
