A good friend of mine is selling a 2005 Monterey 350 SY with 185 hours. I have been on this boat many times and can say this boat is in NEW condition.
The boat is located in Fox Lake Illinois. You can check it out at glysinc.com

Hmmm. Interesting. There weren't very many cruisers. Regal?

Used?

Cutwater?...

Figured...although with the emphasis on THE it doesn't rule out a particular model that was represented at the show.

So I've been thinking...Does anyone remember last time Cap'n Morgan was boat shopping? Does anyone else remember when he kept talking about going to something smaller than his 268 and then surprised us when he went up to the 282 Monterey? All of our guesses including mine have all been bigger and bigger, but no one has posted any guesses that he's downsizing.....hmmm something to think about isn't it?

Ben,
It might be smaller, but I guess he's getting a fly bridge boat. My theory is; his marina is just down the lake from me, he wants to stand in the flybridge and wave hello to me in the morning. Final answer. OR.... a Rinker. Final Answer. Dan

Good luck Cap'n!! I was wondering is it common to require two surveyor's for a boat that size?

After much waiting, inspections, paperwork etc. The deal we have been working on is done.

Here is our new boat. a 2011 model. First new boat we have ever bought. Should be a fun summer ahead for us.
I know, I know, it never happened without pictures. Here are a few.
