 Post subject: 98 horizon rear seat?

Just bought a 98 Horizon RS, has some minor issues with it. i need to either replace or rebuild the bench seat. I have searched all over the internet to try to find any info on it. The vinyl is good, its the brackets, the T bolts are missing or pulled out. My thoughts are to make new wood bases seal them, and replace old skin on it. Also the two pieces that make up the motor cover/ sun deck are also rotted. other than that the boat is in great shape. Anyone take on this project yet? Thanks
