I'm thinking of buying a '93 230 Horizon w/ 350hrs on it. Is there anything to watch out for or well known issues for this model??

What power package Merc or OMC? If OMC keep in mind they are out of business, for the plain Cobras you can get most of the parts but some models like the King Cobras with big block engines have parts that are very hard to find.
It's an old boat, there will be issues. Been there done that.
Be careful because boats of that age will have a lot of wood in the structure and wood rots causing expensive repairs.

I actually waited in line for fuel last night in Spring Lake behind this exact boat. Still looked nice, but Cobra motor was kinda smokey. Good looking boat with the "simple" graphics package on it.
