Thanks Cap'n Morgan. Your boat is really nice also. We had a 2004 268 that we really loved. My wife had a hard time with it when we traded it in. I just wanted a little more room. We like to have people just come down and hang out at the dock on Friday nights and the 298 gives us a little more room in the cockpit for that. I really like the extra table that is there also.

Your reasons are quite similar to ours. We spend a fair amount of time at the dock as well, and it can get a little crowded in the 268 with 4 or 5 people in and out of the cabin. For just the wife and I, the 268 is just fine, for now :wink:
