Just installed 4 Sideshift Thrusters onto a houseboat...first time someone has installed 4 on a single vessel according to the companies owner. I did a bunch of testing for his as far as battery hookup without using the 8 batteries they suggested for install. Also installed the wireless keyfob controls along with the standard joystick setup. Launching it tomorrow, should be interesting testing this thing out...will probably go faster sideways then it will forward!

Nice job Brian! That should help to maneuver that beast. I have seen these used on I/O's for frequent shallow water use, rather than risking damage to the outdrive.

I bet it makes docking it much easier esp seeing as how there is so much side area for the wind to catch....
