yep, my gauges are apparently fried. the Nav light turns on the backlights and that's about it. the clock doesn't even work. I used a multimeter and I have power running to the whole thing so I'm just gonna bite the bullet and buy a new freakin' cluster. I'm very excited about that. I really wanted to piss away 500 bucks before I even hit the water this year. Thanks for all the suggestions though, it is always good to have a little hope before you tragically hit the wall!!!!!
Well, it doesn't sound good. Still, while you have chased the power, you might take your multimeter and check all the grounds for continuity. I know it sounds counter intuitive, but could you still have a bad ground. I'd start with the clock, no sending units tied into that one!
Was just reminded that this happened at the same time as your tower install. I'm thinking a ground wire got bumped or something.
